磁控电机软启动装置控制器的研制

摘要:
针对有级软启动分档调节限流作用不能连续控制以及无级软启动维护困难、价格昂贵等缺点.提出一种新型磁控电机软启动方案,在电动机定子回路串入磁阀式可控电抗器实现电机的软启动.能保证电动机在负载要求的启动特性下滑启动,有效地降低对电网系统的冲击。介绍了磁控软启动的工作原理.磁阀式可控电抗器的工作特性,以及控制器设计的硬件结构和主要程序流程。目前,该装置已投运数十套,运行效果良好。

Abstract:
A soft starting scheme of magnetic control motor is presented to avoid the discontinuous current-limiting of step starter regulation and the difficult maintenance and high price of stepless soft starter. A magnetic valve controllable reactor is set in series with the motor stator for soft starting,which starts motor smoothly according to the starting characteristics demanded by loads and reduces effectively the impact on power system. The working principle of magnetic control soft starting and the working characteristics of the magnetic valve controllable reactor are introduced,as well as the hardware and main program flow of the controller. Dozens of equipment have put into operation with good performance.
