高精度步进电机脉冲分配器设计

摘要:
针对步进精度和稳定性要求较高的场合,根据节拍细化的理论。提出了一种由微处理器AT89C51为核心的细化节拍脉冲分配器系统。阐述了系统构成的基本原理、硬件组成和软件设计。该系统由上位机提供步进动作和步进方向信号。下位机通过中断和查表获得驱动电流的数字量,经过D/A转换器得到三相步进电机的驱动电流。系统有多种控制精度可供选择。实践证明。节拍细化后的脉冲分配器可以达到足够的精度,可保证控制质量。同时。系统的稳定性与可靠性也有了可观的提高。

Abstract:
Based on the theory of multistage for stepmotor,an impulse distributor with microprocessor AT89C51 as its core is designed to meet the requirement of high precision and stability. The basic principle of system structure,hardware composition and software design are described. Superordinate PC provides the input signals of action and direction. They trigger an interruption program,the current digital table is then referred and the digital current data output into D/A converter to generate driving current of stepmotor. Different control precision scales are provided. The application proves that the designed distributor achieves enough precision and improves system stability and reliability considerably.
