500kV变电站开关无故障跳闸事故分析

摘要:
介绍了500kV聊城变电站3次无故障跳闸事故的相关情况,通过分析监控系统SOE(Sequence of Events)及保护报文,进行现场绝缘检查、直流控制系统注入交流试验、控制系统分布电容参数测试及操作箱出口继电器动作参数测试,得出事故原因:因交流电源回路与直流电源回路之间绝缘不良。引起交流窜入直流电源回路.瞬间过高电压造成保护出口继电器的抖动,从而产生无故障跳闸事故。最后。提出了提高开关操作箱出口继电器的动作功率,降低跳闸回路分布电容数值等事故预防措施。

Abstract:
Three trip accidents without any fault in a 500 kV substation are introduced. Causes are obtained by analyzing SOE(Sequence Of Events) and protection reports from monitoring system,checking site insulation,injecting AC into DC control system,measuring the distributing capacitance of control system and the actuating parameter of output relay in operation box. The poor insulation between AC and DC source circuits results in introduc-tion of AC into DC source circuit and instantaneous over voltage causes the dithering of output relay. Countermeasures are raising the actuating power of output relay and lowering the distributing capacitance of trip circuit.
