| 针对城市配电网负荷急剧增长导致配电变压器故障增多，从而造成配电变压器运行状态管理困难的问题，在分析城市配电变压器在线监测系统必要性的基础上，介绍了系统构成和终端设备电路设计。比较了多种配电网通信方式，分析了10kV系统网络方案，提出了基于全球移动通信系统GSM(Global System for Mobile communication)短信技术的配电变压器在线监测系统的设计方案，并完成了软、硬件的功能设计。 |

| Abstract: |
| The rapid augment of urban distribution network load leads to increasing faults of distribution transformer and management difficulty of their operating status. Based on the necessity analysis of the on-line monitoring system for urban distribution transformers,the system architecture and the circuitry design of terminal equipment are introduced. Several communication modes for distribution network are compared,and a net scheme for 10 kV system is analyzed. A design scheme using GSM(Global System for Mobile communication) SMS(Short Message Service) is proposed,including its hardware and software designs.
