电力系统的电气操作方式复杂,易产生误操作。调度员培训仿真系统DTS(Dispatcher Training Simulator)要将误操作转化为保护仿真能处理的故障类型信息。传统的DTS缺乏有效统一的误操作判据和处理方法。从各种电气接线形式抽象出一种综合判据,使之能够全面准确地处理各种刀闸误操作。分析了各种接线形成拉/合刀闸误操作的情况及处理方法,给出了具体算法流程。实践证明该处理方法快速、准确、有效。 |

A universal switch misoperation criterion for DTS |

Abstract: |
The electrical operation in power system is complex,and misoperations are quite common. DTS(Dispatcher Training Simulator) should classify them into available fault types for protective and logic simulation. Traditional DTS is lack of effective and universal misoperation criterion and processing method. A universal switch misoperation criterion abstracted from many kinds of wiring pattern is presented. Various switch misoperations and corresponding treatments are analyzed. The algorithm flowchart is detailed. Practice shows it fast,veracious and effective. |
