提高变电站监控系统可靠性

摘要:
提出了加强变电站监控系统可靠性的几方面措施:通过采用在传输线与通信机之间应用高速光耦、硬件滤波、软件陷阱和看门狗、冗余措施、隔离工作电源及电源滤波器装置等加强通信控制器的可靠性;提高遥测、遥控、遥信的准确性和正确率;加强供电电源、装置接地、二次电缆连接以及远动通道连接方式的可靠性;运用现代化技术提高系统可靠性,包括采用网络传输方式等改善通信介质及通信技术、系统模块化设计、应用多媒体技术及变电站报警系统。

Abstract:
Several measures are provided to improve the reliability of substation monitoring system:improve the reliability of communication controller by applying high-speed opto-coupler between transmission line and communication receiver,hardware filtering,software trap,watchdog,redundancy,source isolation and source filters;improve the veracity and correctness of tele-metering,tele-signalling and tele-control;improve the reliabilities of power supply,grounding,secondary cabling and channel connection;improve the system reliability by using modern technologies,such as network communi-cation,modularized design,multimedia and substation warning system.
