一种基于新型控制策略的统一电能质量控制器

摘要:
提出一种新型的统一电能质量控制器UPQC(Unified Power Quality Controller)控制策略:串联有源滤波器作为电流源,直接控制电网流入的电流为基频同步正弦电流;并联有源滤波器作为电压源.直接控制负载电压为标准基频同步电压;不必计算电压和电流的补偿量,只需锁定电网电压相位,利用能量平衡实现电流幅值的自动调节。目标电压幅值恒定,省去了繁琐计算,简化了电路。介绍了UPQC的结构原理、控制原理以及控制器的实现。最后通过仿真试验验证了该控制策略的有效性。

Abstract:
A new control strategy is proposed for UPQC(Unified Power Quality Controller). The series APF(Active Power Filter),as a current source,makes the network injection current sinu,soidal,while the parallel APF,as a voltage source,makes the load voltage synchronized. It is unnece,ssary to calculate the compensations of voltage and current,but the network voltage phase should be locked to automatically regulate the current amplitude by energy balance. Due to the constant amplitude of the object voltage,the circuits are simplified,as well as the calculations. The structure,control principle and implementation of UPQC are introduced and a simulation verifies its effectiveness.
