广域动态信息条件下电网安全紧急控制的研究

在分析多次国际大停电事故原因的基础上,指出切除故障元件的主保护系统并不需要广域信息:而使用广域动态信息协调保障全网安全运行的自动装置和稳定性控制系统的动作。其控制的正确性和有效性将会得到提高。提出了在系统动态过程中网络操作切换对电力系统安全稳定性影响的一般模型.并以重合闸操作序列为例,给出了利用广域动态信息保障网络结构强壮性及系统稳定性的最佳操作序列和最佳操作时间的捕捉方法。提出了一种不再依赖于数值计算而是根据实测的广域发电机轨迹信息预测系统暂态不稳定的原理和算法。在广域动态信息条件下,使互联电网的安全稳定紧急控制系统的快速、有效控制的实际应用成为可能。

Abstract:
Based on the analysis of several international large-scale blackouts,it is pointed out that,wide area information is not necessary for primary protections to improve their speed and reliabi-lity,while it can be used to coordinate the performance of automation equipment and stability con-trol systems to enhance their control correctness and validity for ensuring the safe operation of whole network.The general model denoting the influence of network operation on the security and stabi-lity of power system during system dynamic process is given.With the auto-reclosing as an example,the way of using wide area dynamic information to get the optimal operating sequence and capture the optimal operating time is proposed to ensure the robustness of power grid structure and the stability of electrical power system.The principle and algorithm of predicting system transient insta-bility based on the measured wide area generator trajectory information is introduced,in which the numerical calculation is unnecessary.With wide area dynamic information,the fast and effective control by inter-connected power system security,stability and emergency control system becomes possible.
