改进型ZVT-PWM Buck变换器的参数设计与实验

摘要:
为了克服典型零电压转换ZVT(Zero Voltage Transition)PWM降压型(Buck)变换器存在的辅助开关硬关断和内部循环电流的问题,提出一种改进型变换器,增加了缓冲电容和与谐振电感串联的二极管。分析了改进电路的工作原理,简要介绍了其各阶段的工作情况,设计了电路的参数,并进行了实验研究。结果证明改进措施能够使辅助开关实现近似零电压关断,同时能有效地截止原电路中存在的循环电流,提高了变换器的性能。

Abstract:
To solve the problems of auxiliary switch's hard switching and internal circulating current existing in traditional ZVT(Zero-Voltage-Transition) PWM Buck converter,an improved con-verter is proposed,in which a snubber capacitor and a diode in series with the resonant inductor are added.Its operational principle is analyzed and each operational stage is introduced briefly.The circuit parameters are designed with experimental study.Results prove that the auxiliary switch achieves near zero-voltage turn-off and the internal circulating current is eliminated,the efficiency of the improved converter is hence enhanced.
