热电厂气力除灰PLC控制系统设计

摘要:
介绍了气力除灰装置的结构组成和正压浓相气力除灰的工作流程,提出了以ModiconQUANTUM140系列可编程控制器(PLC)和Intellution的iFix监控软件相结合的系统设计方案,该方案以具有高速数据处理能力和组态灵活方便的PLC为控制核心,PLC配置为双机热备方式,实现了系统的可靠性要求,采用梯形图以模块化方式编写控制程序,实现了除灰系统的启动关闭控制、仓泵循环控制、故障报警等功能,同时,基于ModbusPlus协议实现PLC和上位机的数据通信实现了系统的远程监控。实际表明该除灰控制系统具有可靠性高、实用、性能好的特点。

Abstract:
The structure and workflow of the pneumatic ash removal system are introduced.A scheme based on Quantum 140 series PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) and Intellution iFix supervision software is designed.The flexibly configurable PLC is adopted as the control core with high processing ability and configured in hot standby mode to meet the requirement of reliability.The modularized control program is developed with ladder chart to implement functions of system startup and shutdown,bin pump cycle control,fault alarm and so on.Modbus Plus protocol is applied for communication between PLC and superordinate computer for remote monitoring and control.The operation of the designed pneumatic ash removal system shows that it is reliable and practical.
