基于TMS320C 32的数字控制器设计

摘要:
数字信号处理器(DSP)芯片TMS320C32具有高效的数值运算能力,并能提供良好的开发环境,通过TMS320C32浮点DSP和可编程逻辑器件(FPGA)的组合构成SH-2000TH数控系统的高速、高精度运动控制器。介绍了TMS320C32的性能、原理及基于此的SH-2000TH数控系统的硬、软件设计。该系统运用离散PID算法对运动过程加以控制以及通过B样条插值算法对运动曲线进行平滑处理,控制效果接近于连续系统。

Abstract:
Since digital signal processor TMS 320 C32 processes high efficient computation ability and is supported with favorable development environment,a high-speed and high-precision digital controller for SH-2000 TH digital control system is designed based on TMS 320 C32 and FPGA.The performance and principle of TMS 320 C32 are described,as well as the HW and SW of SH 2000 TH.It controls motional process by means of PID and smoothes motional curve with algorithm of B-Spline interpolation.The control effect is close to continued systems.
