| 在详细分析SF6气体中水分危害和气体水分测试方法的基础上,介绍了一种新型的SF6断路器微水检测仪。检测仪所使用的SF6气体露点温度检测与温度补偿方法不仅可以克服压力因素影响,而且还能够直观地表示气体的绝缘状况。经实验和测试证明该检测仪测量精确,能够满足SF6断路器微水在线监测的需求。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the detail analysis of harmful moisture to SF6 and the methods to detect the moisture,a monitoring instrument of SF6 circuit breaker insulation is introduced.The gas pressure has no influence on its dew point measurement and temperature compensate.It displays the gas insulation.Approved by tests,this instrument detects moisture with high accuracy,and meets the need of low moisture on-line detection for SF6 circuit breaker. |
