基于PCC的抽水蓄能机组仿真测试系统

摘要:
采用可编程计算机控制器PCC(Programmable Computer Controller)作为硬件平台,通过建立抽水蓄能机组的数学模型。利用C语言编程。研发了基于PCC的抽水蓄能机组仿真测试系统。该系统由B&R2003系统、PP120系统、PC机及其对应软件组成,实现水轮机调节对象实时仿真、现场测试及数据分析处理。结合抽水蓄能机组微机调速器。采用某电站真实参数,进行了测试验证。结果表明.该系统有效地提高了数据采集和传输的实时性和可靠性,为抽水蓄能机组调节系统进行迅速、准确的调整提供了便捷的方法。

Abstract:
With PCC(Programmable Computer Controller) as the hardware platform and C language programming,a mathematical model of pumped storage unit is established and a simulation and test sys-tem for it is developed.The system consists of B & R 2003 system,PP120 system,and PC with corres-ponding software,realizing the real-time simulation,field test and data analysis for test objectives of the hydraulic turbine.Combined with the microprocessor-based governor of pumped storage unit and applied practical parameters of a real power station,tests are carried out for verification.Results show that the system improves the real-time performance and reliability of data acquisition and transmission,providing a rapid and precise control of the governing system for pumped storage unit.
