| 针对110kV电网,将专家系统应用于继电保护整定计算,并且可以人工进行干预。该系统以Ms-Access为后台数据库,具有短路计算、分支系数计算等功能,可生成定值单并将整定结果保存到数据库中。与传统的整定计算程序相比,针对不同电力系统要求,可选择不同的整定规则,可靠系数、灵敏度等也可以根据系统的实际情况自行修改。程序的模块化较好,可在对应的模块中修改整定规则。该系统具有整体功能强、操作简单灵活等特点。 |

| Abstract: |
| The expert system is applied in the relay protection setting calculation of 110 kV local power system and the manual intervention can be performed during the calculation.Based on the database of Ms-Access,the system has functions of short circuit calculation,branch coefficient calculation and so on,and generates the setting list and saves it in database.Compared with conventional setting calculation programs,different setting rules can be selected according to different power system demands,and the reliable coefficient and sensitivity can also be modified according to particular system.The program is well modularized and setting rules can be modified in corres-ponding modules.The system has better overall performance with convenient operations. |
