广域监控系统研究的新进展

摘要:
可利用数据分级整合、多智能体通信以及数据库知识发现等手段相结合实现从广域监控系统(WAMS)海量数据中提取有用的信息。同步相量测量研究现主要着眼于算法的改进及测量点的选择,而多路同步时钟源、测量误差综合补偿与消除以及同步相量测量在电能质量分析中的应用等方面的研究今后将会展开。现有通信网络难以满足WAMS高速通信的要求,WAMS通信技术今后主要研究通信系统总体设计和描述划分,以及同步相量通信协议的改进等。WAMS使得在更精细的时间尺度和更广泛的空间尺度上对电力系统进行分析成为可能,今后应着重研究如何实时地给出功角和电压的控制量。未来的WAMS必将是具有并行、分布、开放、协调、容错的智能化监控系统。

Abstract:
By combining data gradation,multi-agent communication and knowledge discovery in data-base,the useful information can be extracted from WAMS(Wide-Area Monitoring System).Present research on SPM(Synchronized Phasor Measurements) mostly focuses on the algorithm improvement and measuring point allocation.The multiple synchronized clocks,the synthetic compensation and elimination of measurement error,and the application of SPM in power quality analysis are to be developed.Existing communication network could not meet the requirement of high-speed data communication in WAMS,the specification and design of communication system and the enhancement of the standard for synchrophasors will be studied.WAMS makes it possible to analyze power system in more delicate temporal and more extensive spatial scale,expecting the realization of real-time load angle and voltage control.The future WAMS will be parallel,distributed,open,coordinative and fault-tolerant.
