发电厂设备资产管理系统的设计与开发

摘要:
依据对发电企业生产管理流程的分析,开发了发电厂设备资产管理系统。该系统引入企业资产管理理念,按照行业内的最佳业务实践设立业务审批与执行流程,对发电企业有形资产的生命周期进行全过程的闭环管理。系统在统一的业务基础软件平台上,跟踪管理发电厂的设备资产生命周期的整个过程,构建设备台账、工单管理、预防性维护、标准包管理、采购管理、库存管理、工具管理和合同管理8个业务处理和决策支持模块。各模块以发电厂设备的运行、维护为主线进行协调统一。

Abstract:
Based on the analysis of power plant production and management flows,an EAM(Enterprise Asset Management) system for power plants is researched and developed,which adopts the EAM theory,designs the examination,approval and execution flows according to the optimum operation practices,and manages the whole process of enterprise asset lifecycle in closed loop mode.Eight operation management and decision-making modules are constructed on the TIP(Total Information Platform) to trace the whole process of asset lifecycle,i.e.equipment account management,work order management,preventive maintenance management,standard packets management,stock management,equipment management and contract management.All the modules are well integrated for power plant asset operation and maintenance.
