基于可靠性分析的微机继电保护设备最佳检修周期研究

摘要:
通过引入自检系数、检修成功系数和故障维修系数,改进了微机继电保护设备的可靠性模型。利用新模型分析了保护系统的各种状态和状态间转移关系,绘制了状态空间图。根据马尔可夫理论列写了随机转移概率矩阵,求解了微机继电保护设备各种状态的稳态概率。推导了继电保护设备的检修周期与其不可用率的关系,以不可用率最低为目标确定了最佳检修周期。进一步编制了最佳检修周期的计算软件,实现了对微机继电保护设备可靠性的动态评估。模型的准确性和实用性在一个变压器微机继电保护的算例中得到验证。最后进行灵敏度分析,找出对最佳检修周期影响较大的2个因素为自检系数和检修成功系数。

Abstract:
The reliability analysis model of digital relay is improved by introducing self-test index,maintenance success index and fault repair index into it,based on which,the states of protective system and their transition relations are analyzed,and the state space diagram is drawn.Stochastic transition probability matrix is listed according to Markov theory,and the steady probability of each state is calculated.The relation between maintenance cycle and unavailability is deduced,and the optimal maintenance cycle of digital relay is defined on the basis of the minimum unavailability objective.The calculation software is programmed for the dynamic evaluation of relay reliability.The accuracy and practicability of the model is validated with a calculative example of transformer relay.The sensitivity analysis points out that the self-test index and maintenance success index influence the optimal maintenance cycle most.
