市场环境下计及风险和商业化成分的可用输电能力粒子群优化计算

摘要:
从电网运行的经济性和可靠性角度考虑.将电网公司发布的可用输电能力ATC(AvailableTransfer Capabilitv)进行商业化划分,同时将基于可靠性分析技术的枚举法应用于电力系统不同区域间总输电能力及其概率分布的求解,建立了计及风险和商业化成分的电网公司经济效益最优ATC计算模型.在常规函数极值算法难以获得问题解析解情况下,引入粒子群优化算法对模型进行演化求解,不仅给出了电网公司经济效益最优的ATC值,同时也给出了如何将该ATC进行相应商业化划分以保证电网公司经济收益最大.算例的计算结果对比分析说明了所提方法的经济性和有效性.

Abstract:
Considering the economy and reliability of grid operation,the commercial components of ATC(Available Transfer Capability) are plotted out,and the reliability analysis based enumeration method is used to calculate the total transfer capability of interconnected power system and its probability distribution. The mathematic model of optimal economic ATC is built,which considers risk and commercial components. In case of no solution with general extremum algorithm ,particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced to quickly and effectively calculate the optimal economic ATC and divide its commercial components. Case calculation shows the economy and effectiveness of the proposed method.
