IEC 60870-5-103继电保护设备信息接口配套标准在电力系统中得到了广泛的应用,功能类型FUN和信息序号INF是103通信规约的一个重要应用,它存在诸如INF不能突破256个限制等问题.为了解决此类问题,提出了一种利用统一编码表实现103通信报文便利统一传送的方法,即在编码分配表中,把0000 H~FFFF H的编码区划分为若干个区,它们分别用于描述定值、控制字、装置类型、操作等,不再区分FUN和INF,由于每个编码区的空间都开得足够大,这就突破了信息序号INF不能超过256个的限制.该方法具有新颖、简捷、便于编程、易于伸缩和扩展的优点.

Abstract:
IEC60870-5-103 transmission protocol is widely used in power system and FUNction type (FUN) and INFormation number(INF) are its very important applications with certain limitations,for example,the number of INF should be less than 256. A unified coding table is proposed to realize convenient and unified message transfer,which divides the coding table from 0000 H to FFFF H into several zones to describe settings,control words,device types,operations,etc.. FUN and INF are no longer used. As every coding zone is big enough, the restriction of INF less than 256 is thus breached. The proposed method is simple,easy in programming and scalable in size.
