无刷励磁同步电动机励磁系统智能控制

无刷励磁同步电动机的励磁系统是一个非线性时变系统,很难总结其精确的数学模型,将模糊控制和神经网络算法引入同步电动机功率因数控制系统,从而构成了模糊神经控制器,实现电机启动阶段的控制.当电机转速达到给定值后,由PID调节器起作用,实现无差控制,输出西门子6RA70整流器电流的给定值,以控制励磁发电机的励磁电流.整个控制采用S7-300及Profibus-DP现场总线,并运用西门子6RA70整流器组成硬件结构;系统软件设计采用面向对象程序,利用S7-300编程软件STEP 7的梯形图编程语言实现励磁系统的智能控制,给出了主要控制模块的设计框图.实验证明,在结合模糊神经算法和PID算法的控制下,该系统运行稳定、可靠.

Abstract:
The excitation system of brushless excitation synchromotor is a nonlinear and time - variant system and it is difficult to summarize its exactly mathematical model. Algorithms of fuzzy control and neural network are introduced to its power factor control system to form a fuzzy-neural controller for its startup control. When it reaches the rated speed,the zero-error control is carried out by a PID controller,outputting the current reference to Siemens 6RA70 rectifier to control the excitation current of generator. System hardware is built with S7-300,Profibus - DP field bus and advanced Siemens 6RA70 rectifier. System software adopts OOP technology and is programmed using LAD language of STEP 7. The block diagram of intelligent excitation system control is given. Experiments have proved the system operates stably and reliably under the combined control of fuzzy-neural and PID algorithms.
