| 提出了发电公司电费结算的三维模型。据此模型研究开发了发电公司的电费结算实用系统。详细介绍了该系统的功能体系结构及工作流等关键的计算机技术。该系统对以往结算业务做了规范化、功能扩展改进。其中,超级管理、字典管理模块使系统不仅能实现发电公司普通电费结算,还适用于诸如购电单元改变、电费陈欠、预结算、事后电价调整、市场分时标准更改、月份结算起止时间更改等若干不确定情况。实际试运行表明:该系统结构合理、设计先进、功能齐全,具有较强的实用性、适用性与可扩展性。 |

| Abstract: |
| A three-dimensional electricity billing model of power company is presented,based on which a practical electricity billing system is developed.Its functional structure and some key com- puter technologies,such as workflow,are detailed.The system standardizes normal billing businesses and expands new function modules.Its super management module and dictionary management module not only deal with normal businesses but also treat uncertain cases,such as buyer change,short-paid, settlement in-advance,price adjustment,time-division change and monthly billing date change.Trial operation shows that the system has better practicability,applicability and extensibility with rational structure,full functionality and advanced design. |
