对高速处理模块IP265的工作机理及其区别于可编程控制器的高速并行处理架构进行了研究,介绍了IP265的组态编程软件COM265的功能。结合该模块在西门子汽轮机阀试验的阀门快关时间测定中的应用实例,说明了IP265在工程中的使用,组态编程以及逻辑设计实现,同时对响应时间的计算过程进行详细分析。计算结果表明,基于现场可编程门阵列(FPCA)技术的高速处理模块IP265可看成是可编程的硬件回路控制器,其处理的高速性在可编程控制器或者分布式控制系统中是难以实现的。因此,在火力发电厂的控制系统中采用IP265可以快速准确地在线测定汽轮机阀门快关时间。 |

Abstract: |
The operational principle of high speed sub control module IP265 and its parallel processing architecture different from the PLC are researched.The functions of its configuration software COM265 are introduced.With the fast closing time test of Siemens steam turbine valve as an example,its application,configuration and logic design are described,and the calculation of response time is detailed.Results show that,based on FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) technology,IP265 can be regarded as a programmable controller of hardware circuit,neither PLC nor DCS can reach its high processing speed.IP265 can be used in the control system of coal-fired power plant to quickly and precisely online determine the fast closing time of steam turbine valve. |
