超级电容直流操作电源

摘要:
提出采用超级电容,即双电层电容器EDLC(Electric Double-Laver Capacitor)代替铅酸蓄电池设计的直流操作电源系统。超级电容用于为冲击负荷和故障负荷提供电能,可根据负荷大小确定超级电容的容量,一般选择1 F/300 V,一只或多只并联。对于超级电容的储能密度不如铅酸蓄电池高的缺点,电源系统采用了双充冗余热备份结构。通过对超级电容系统的可靠性分析,表明冗余备份使电源系统的平均故障间隔时间MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure)提高了1.5倍。应用结果表明用超级电容代替铅酸蓄电池是直流操作电源系统的一个改进方向。

Abstract:
A design of DC operating power supply system with supercapacitor(electric double-layer capacitor)instead of conventional battery is introduced.Supercapacitor is used to provide electricity for impact-load and fault-load.Its capacity can be adjusted according to the load,which is normally 1 F/300 V,single or parallel group.As its energy density is lower than battery,the system adopts hot-standby redundancy design with two chargers,which increases the system MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure)by 1.5 times according to system reliability analysis.Practices show that applying supercapacitor instead of sealed lead-acid battery in DC operating power supply is an excellent improvement.
