LCL滤波器在三相PWM整流器中的应用

摘要:
为减小功率器件脉宽调制(PWM)引入的高频谐波分量,将LCL滤波器取代传统的L滤波器应用于三相PWM整流器,并提出一种新颖的LCL参数设计方法以简化参数设计过程。通过设定变流器侧允许最大纹波电流、滤波器吸收的最大无功功率和电网侧允许最大纹波电流分别计算得到变流器侧电感、滤波电容和电网侧电感的参数。考虑实际控制器引入的时延,建立数学模型,在z平面分析系统稳定性,得到阻尼电阻的优化设计值。提供了一个设计实例,给出在相同总电感参数下采用L滤波器与LCL滤波器的三相PWM整流器的对比实验结果以证明LCL滤波器的优越性能。实验结果证明了所提参数设计方法和稳定性分析方法的正确性。

Abstract:
LCL-filter is used in three-phase PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)rectifier instead of traditional L-filter to attenuate high frequency harmonics.A new method is provided to simplify the parameter design of LCL.The converter-side inductor,AC capacitor and grid-side inductor are calculated based on the maximum allowable current ripple at converter side,the maximum reactive power to be absorbed and the maximum allowable current ripple at grid side respectively. An accurate simulation model is established with the consideration of the time delay induced by controllers and the system stability is analyzed in z-plane to optimize the damping resistor.An example is given.Comparison of PWM rectifiers between L-filter and LCL-filter are carried out by experiments,showing the advantages of the latter.Experimental results validate the correctness of proposed methods for parameter design and stability analysis.
