基于微波谐振腔微扰法的汽轮机蒸汽湿度测量

摘要:
汽轮机内蒸汽湿度的大小和分布状况直接影响汽轮机运行的经济性和安全性。以汽轮机内蒸汽湿度的准确测量为目的,设计了基于微波谐振腔微扰法的蒸汽湿度测量系统:自动频率跟踪系统和等精度频率测量系统。经实验测试,自动频率跟踪系统能够在9.6 GHz基础上检测出千赫兹的频率变化;等精度频率测量系统在标准频率为10 MHz时,分辨率可达到10-7,对于1~10 MHz的测量信号,能分辨出的频率范围为0.1~1 Hz。

Abstract:
Steam wetness has great influence on the safety and efficiency of steam turbine.A wetness measurement system based on cavity perturbation method is designed for precise measuring,including automatic frequency tracing system and equal precision frequency measurement system.Test shows that,the automatic frequency tracing system can detect the frequency shift of kilohertz from the basal frequency of 9.6 GHz;the equal precision frequency measurement system has the resolution of 10-7 at the standard frequency of 10 MHz;and the measurement precision is 0.1 ~ 1 Hz for signal frequency of 1 ~ 10 MHz.
