电弧炉电能质量仿真控制平台

摘要:
基于实时数字仿真技术和交直流电弧炉现场录波数据建模方法,搭建了配电系统电能质量问题仿真控制平台。通过该平台对电弧炉负荷进行了详细研究,对其产生的电能质量问题进行分析。针对电弧炉负荷所引入的功率冲击、谐波电流、三相严重不平衡等问题,以电能质量综合治理为目标,设计了DSTATCOM控制方案,达到对电弧炉电能质量问题进行补偿的目的,并利用DSP、FPGA等微处理芯片,完成了DSTATCOM物理控制器的硬件设计。通过实时数字仿真平台与DSTATCOM物理控制器的闭环工作,对电弧炉系统补偿后各电量指标进行了对比和分析,验证了所提控制方案的有效性。

Abstract:
A real-time digital simulative control platform for EAF(Electric Arc Furnace) power supply system is founded with the real-time digital simulation technology and the modeling method on recorded field data of real EAF,based on which the EAF load is studied and the power quality problems caused by EAF load are analyzed,including power impact,harmonic currents and 3-phase unbalance.DSTATCOM-based control solution is presented for power quality improvement,which applies DSPs and FPGAs in its HW design.The physical DSTATCOM controller is connected to the simulation platform,working in closed loop mode.Some specified power quality indexes are compared and analyzed to validate the effectiveness of proposed solution.
