中小型同步发电机励磁系统大多采用直流励磁机励磁,虽然原理简单,但是调节滞后,自动调节难以实现。现提出采用晶闸管静止励磁装置,能够实现励磁系统PID自动调节,从而增强了系统响应的快速性和运行的稳定性。这种方式在ZLQ45-3000微机发电机自动调节励磁系统中得到应用,使系统调压精度达到0.5%;10%阶越响应超调量小于30%,振荡次数小于3次;调节时间小于10 s;调节频率为150 Hz;调压范围为10%~130%;发电机调压速度可调,不小于每秒0.3%,不大于每秒1.0%;自动零起升压时间为4 s,10%残压可靠起励,超调小于5%。 |

Abstract: |
DC magnetizing exciter is applied in most mid-and small-sized synchronous generators,which is simple in principle.But it is difficult to implement self-adjustment because of its time-delay.Controllable-silicon stationary exciter is introduced to realize PID self-adjustment,which enhances system response and operational stability.It has been applied to ZLQ45-3 000 microcomputer-based self-adjustment exciting system.The precision of voltage regulation reaches 0.5 %,the 10 % step response overshoot is less than 30 %,the oscillation less than 3 times and the adjustment period less than 10 seconds;The adjustment frequency is 150 Hz and the voltage regulation range is 10 % ~ 130 %;The voltage regulation speed is adjustable,from 0.3 % / s to 1.0 % / s;The auto zero-voltage rising period is 4 s and the overshoot of reliable excitation startup with 10 % residual voltage is less than 5 %. |
