串并联型超级电容器储能系统在风力发电中的应用

摘要:
基于超级电容器的串并联型储能系统可同时双向大范围快速调节有功功率和无功功率。为提高风力发电系统稳定性和改善电能质量,提出了一种将串并联型超级电容器储能系统应用于基于异步发电机的风力发电系统的新思路,建立了基于等效电路的超级电容器储能系统的动态数学模型,设计了相应的控制策略,并以随机风和电网大扰动为例,在Matlab的Simulink环境下对采用串并联型超级电容器储能系统对并网风力发电机组的电能质量和稳定性问题进行仿真。结果表明采用该控制策略的超级电容器储能系统可很好地改善并网风力发电机组的电能质量和稳定性。

Abstract:
The series - parallel energy storage system based on super - capacitor can quickly and smoothly regulate both active and reactive powers in two directions and big range. A new concept of applying series - parallel energy storage system with super - capacitor in induction generator based wind power generation system is proposed to enhance its system stability and power quality. Its mathematic model is built based on equivalent circuit and its control strategy is designed. Simulations with Matlab / Simulink are carried out for random winds and grid disturbance,which demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed system.
