输电网络约束下发电商的市场力行为分析

摘要:
市场力是指市场参与者能够影响市场出清价格和交易数量的能力。研究电力传输网络约束下竞争电力市场中发电商市场力行为对加强市场监管以及引导市场公平竞争具有重要意义。主要针对不完全信息条件下的双边竞争市场,应用博弈论中均衡模型来分析发电商在最大经济利益的驱动下行使市场力的策略竞标行为,采用2层优化搜索策略计算纳什均衡解的方法进行市场力评估。IEEE30节点的算例分析中,以完全竞争市场下的均衡电价为基准,比较了完全信息与不完全信息条件下发电商拥有的市场力大小,仿真结果表明该市场力分析方法有助于市场监管人员测算与控制市场力,加强市场监督。

Abstract:
Market power is the ability of market participants affecting the market clearing price and quantity. It is important to analyze the market power of generation companies under network constraints in oligopoly market. For bilateral competing market under incomplete information condition,the strategy behavior of producers driven by the maximum benefit in exertion of market power is studied with Nash Equilibrium model and the two-level optimal search strategy is adopted to compute the Nash Equilibrium solution for evaluating the market power. IEEE 30-bus test system is used to analyze the market power indices under both complete and incomplete information conditions,with the equilibrium price of complete competing market as its basis. Simulation results show the proposed method is helpful for monitoring and controlling market power.
