基于GSM SMS的输电线路覆冰在线监测系统

摘要:
研发基于通用移动通信系统/短信息服务(GSMSMS)的输电线路覆冰在线监测系统,整个系统主要由省监测中心主机、地市局中心主机、线路监测分机组成,给出了系统拓扑图。叙述了系统的技术特点,给出了监测分机的硬件原理框图和软件及INT0中断程序的流程图,监测分机供电系统采用太阳能电池对蓄电池浮冲电的方式。论述了专家软件的功能、导线覆冰模型计算和分析、覆冰预测模型研究等。设计的输电线路覆冰在线监测系统运行效果良好。

Abstract:
A transmission line icing monitoring system based on GSM (Global System for Mobile communications) SMS(Short Message Service) is developed,which consists of provincial master unit, municipal master unit and site monitoring units. The system topology is given and the hardware and software design of line icing monitoring unit are described with the flowchart of INT0. The power system of line icing monitoring unit adopts the storage battery floatingly charged by solar cell. Its expert software functions,as well as its line icing computation,analysis and forecast models,are summarized. The designed monitoring system operates well.
