电气化铁路电能质量监测平台设计

提出了一种基于分布式体系软件平台构建的分层、分布式电气化铁路电能质量监测平台.监测平台采用分布式结构设计,实行1对N管理,主要包括主站系统、分站系统和通信通道3个主要组成部分.监测平台对谐波、电压波动和闪变、三相不平衡、功率因数等电能质量指标的监测,完全按照最新国家标准执行.检测方法可根据国标修订情况及时变更.监测平台采用嵌入式Internet技术,透明地支持多种通信方式.分站系统主要组成部分为电能质量监测仪,用于测量功率、电能和三相电能质量数据.包括谐波含量、暂态过程、电压跌落和突增、功率因数、冲击等.监测平台采用SQLServer 2000数据库管理系统.有USB通信接口,监测平台对操作员是开放的,监测点的扩展不受限制.电气化铁路电能质量监测平台已在胶济电气化铁路沿线电网中投入运行,现已涵盖了数个牵引变电站.

Abstract:
A layered and distributed power quality monitoring platform is designed for electrified railway based on the distributed software architecture.The distributed platform adopts 1 -to -N management,mainly comprising control center,substation and communication channel.Its power quality index monitoring,including harmonic,voltage fluctuation and flicker,three -phase unbalance,power factor and so on,observes the newest national standards,and the examination methods may follow the redaction of national standards in time.Embedded Internet technology is adopted to transparently support multiple communication protocols.The substation is mainly composed of a three-phase power quality monitor with USB port,which measures the power,energy and three-phase power quality data,including harmonic,transient,sag / swell,power factor,inrush,etc.The platform is open to operators and the monitoring points can be expended.SQL Server2000 database management system is adopted.The designed power quality monitoring platform is well operating in Qingdao -Jinan electrified railway,covering several traction substations.
