基于多目标优化的电力系统阻尼控制及Hopf分岔控制

摘要:
传统的阻尼控制针对的是系统在某一运行点处的阻尼比,而Hopf分岔是与系统小扰动振荡失稳相关.表征系统动态稳定裕度.针对电力系统中阻尼控制和Hopf分岔控制问题.提出综合考虑系统全局阻尼水平和Hopf分岔点2个目标的选择方法.将该问题转化为一个多目标优化问题,并利用Pareto排序和进化策略实现优化算法.根据Hopf分岔指标概念,提出在优化算法中使用准Hopf分岔值,它能够很好地近似Hopf分岔值,解决了直接法对初值要求高的缺点.New England系统仿真结果说明优化算法能够求得Pareto解集,根据侧重点不同可折衷选择解集中的一个配置方案.理论推导以及仿真结果都说明准Hopf分岔值可以近似系统Hopf分岔值,可以表征系统动态负荷裕度.

Abstract:
Traditional damping control aims at the damping ratio of one operating point in power system,while Hopf bifurcation is associated with small - signal oscillation instability. The damping control and Hopf bifurcation control are discussed,which can be formulated as a multi - objective optimization to consider both controls. The Pareto sorting and evolutionary strategy are applied in optimization algorithm. According to Hopf bifurcation index,quasi - Hopf bifurcation is proposed,which approximates Hopf bifurcation to avoid the requirement of direct method for high quality initial values. Simulative results for New England test system show that,the Pareto solution set can be achieved,from which one is selected according to practical needs. The concept of quasi - Hopf bifurcation can solve the problem that direct method may not be convergent because of the poor initial values. Both analytical and simulative results show that quasi - Hopf bifurcation can approximate Hopf bifurcation of system to indicate system dynamic load margin.
