| 由于各行业的生产过程中一般都伴随有一定的电量消耗,各行业的用电量之间必然存在一定的联系,因此借鉴了国民经济投入产出分析方法通过编制投入产出表来综合地研究国民经济各部门"投入"与"产出"的数量平衡关系,将价值型国民经济投入产出表和各行业实际的电力消耗联系起来,分析经济发展和电力需求的内在规律,找出经济结构中影响全社会电力需求的主导行业,从而指导区域经济的行业布局规划,实现电力需求和经济的协调可持续发展.以中国2002年投入产出表为例进行的分析证明所提出方法具有实用价值. |
