通过在现有调度员培训仿真(DTS)系统的数据和图形支撑平台上扩充数据表、字段和图元,采用软总线、UDP、DLL和ODBC等多种通信技术进行模块交互,设计了基于C/S架构的黑启动方案制定与培训仿真子系统,并利用Visual C++6.0编译环境完成了该子系统的开发及其与DTS系统的集成工作.扩展后的DTS系统可根据停电后的电网运行状态自动生成黑启动操作方案,并对其进行校验、调整和评估,具有工频过电压、暂态过电压、自励磁、电压和频率波动仿真等功能,可自动验证黑启动过程中保护定值和安全自动装置的设置.山东电网的仿真结果表明该系统具有较好的应用前景. |

A black start scheme generation and training simulation subsystem is designed on the data and graph supporting platform of DTS,to which the tables,fields and metafiles are added. It is of C/S structure and developed in Visual C++ 6.0 compiling environment. Different technologies are adopted in the communication among modules,such as the soft bus,UDP,DLL and ODBC.
