计及故障限流器和故障过渡电阻的接地距离保护补偿算法

摘要:
针对串入氧化锌避雷器式故障限流器后的双端电源系统,在不改变姆欧继电器阻抗特性圆的前提下,提出了一种可消除限流电抗和故障过渡电阻双方面影响的接地距离保护补偿算法.该算法通过分析氧化锌避雷器式故障限流器的基本工作原理得到其暂态等效模型以补偿限流电抗的影响;通过将双端电源系统的故障过渡电阻分解为2个不同电阻的并联得到2个相对独立的单端电源故障系统的组合,并测量保护安装处的有功功率补偿故障过渡电阻对接地距离保护的影响.基于PSCAD/EMTDC软件的仿真结果表明,当相角差不大时发生接地故障,采用该算法能较准确反映故障点至保护安装处的距离,并可有效避免姆欧继电器的拒动现象,保持其良好的选择性.

A compensation algorithm of grounding distance protection is presented for dual-source power system with ZnO arrester-based FCL(Fault Current Limiter),which eliminates the effect of current limi-ting reactance and fault transient resistance without changing the original impedance characteristics circle of Mho relay.
