摘要: |
对带并联电抗器和中性点电抗器的超高压输电线,为了避免重合于永久性故障,在单相重合闸之前合上中性点电抗器与地之间装设的接地开关S,根据断开相电压值可以有效地判别线路故障的性质和绝缘水平,防止重合于故障线路.通过设定被短接电抗的百分比或者经过阻尼电阻短接部分电抗可以控制断开相振荡电压水平,防止断开相过电压.ATP-EMTP暂态仿真结果表明:如果是瞬时性故障,只要两侧中性点电抗器开关S的动作时间差小于30 ms,或者后合一侧的中性点电抗器开关S在电压振荡幅值最低时刻附近合上,断开相电压值可以振荡到额定电压的水平,单相重合闸可以成功;反之,若断开相电压值保持在很低的水平,则必然是永久性故障. |

To avoid the re-close for permanent fault of EHV transmission line with shunt reactor and neutral reactor,the grounding switch S between neutral reactor and ground should be closed before single-phase re-close,as the voltage of broken line can be used to determine the fault type and insulation level.
