基于模糊逻辑的电压暂降能量指标

摘要:
提出基于模糊逻辑的电压暂降能量指标,从网络特性、设备敏感度和电压暂降测量中不定因素的角度综合考虑,结合南非电网电压暂降标准和ITIC、SEMI F47曲线建立输入隶属度函数,根据已有的运行经验和电压暂降能量指标建立推导规则和输出隶属度函数,以测量得到的残留电压和持续时间为输入,输出即为电压暂降能量指标.该指标在考虑兼容性的同时,也能够定量地反映对应的电压暂降千扰水平,并且可以减少测量偏差对评估的影响.与传统的能量指标比较显示,该方法实用且可行.

The energy index of voltage sag based on fuzzy logic is proposed,and the input membership functions are founded based on ESKOM voltage sag standards and ITIC & SEMI F47 curves,which considers the network vulnerability,the equipment sensitivity and the uncertainties in voltage sags measuring,while the inference rules and output membership functions are founded based on the operational experience and the existing energy index of voltage sag.
