| 自动发电控制(AGC)容量需求分析是预测AGC未来时刻所需容量的重点.也是辅助服务市场中AGC责任分配的基础,并能够为控制和减小AGC容量需求,更好地完成AGC控制任务提供依据.在相关研究成果的基础上,提出以历史负荷为依据,考察历史AGC真实需求的AGC容量需求模型,其中完整地考虑了AGC跟踪死区、AGC机组之间配合问题、备用的跟踪遗漏以及风力发电等新能源发电的自然发电波动等因素.研究表明上述几个因素所占份额较大,不容忽略.根据东北电网AGC相关历史数据,计算历史某天东北电网的真实AGC购买需求,结果表明了该模型的合理性和有效性. |
