摘要: |
针对我国电网将出现特高压/超高压电磁环网,甚至是特高压/超高压/高压多级电磁环网的情况,从功率转移和短路电流水平两方面论述了高低压电磁环网的危害.计算分析了2010年华北-华中特高压同步电网的多级电磁环网运行方式,指出该运行方式的存在使系统网络结构复杂,潮流分布不合理,短路电流水平增高,运行调度管理不便,易造成系统稳定破坏.综合考虑系统静态安全性、暂态稳定性和运行经济性,引入线路或变压器过负荷指标、母线电压越限指标、最大发电机功角差指标、短路电流水平指标以及系统网损指标,应用模糊综合评价程序对高低压电磁环网开环方案作出定量的评价.评价结果表明,应当及时解开500 kV/220 kV电磁环网,避免形成多级电磁环网,并适时解开1 000 kV/500 kV电磁环网. |
