基于控制器局域网的模块化低压无功补偿装置

所设计的基于控制器局域网(CAN)的新型模块化低压无功补偿装置由一系列通过CAN总线互联的模块组成,主模块能够智能识别总线上连接的所有补偿模块,模块的个数取决于实际需要的补偿容量.装置的智能控制策略综合考虑了无功功率、电压限制、功率因数、负载电流、最小补偿电容器容量等因素.在模块化补偿装置的投切判断程序中嵌入了电容器补偿容量的动态修正环节,根据母线电压的波动实时修正补偿容量,可以减小投切判断环节的偏差.与常规无功补偿产品的对比分析和实际测试结果表明,模块化结构可靠性好、功率密度高、接线简单、扩容方便,综合智能控制策略和补偿容量动态修正改善了性能指标,在各种配置完全相同的情况下该装置的补偿效果优于常规的无功补偿产品.

The designed low - voltage reactive power compensation device is composed of the main module and several compensation modules interconnected through CAN bus. The main module can identify all connected compensation modules and the quantity of compensation module depends on the compensation capacity required.
