基于软件锁相技术的光伏并网系统基准正弦电路

摘要:
介绍了高效单相光伏并网系统的结构拓扑,指出与电网电压同频同相的基准正弦电路性能状况对于系统能否正常工作、系统输出电流波形质量的优劣有重要作用,提出并深入分析了一类基于最优时间的软件锁相技术、与电网电压同频同相的基准正弦电路,该基准正弦电路由采样电路、信号转换电路、软件锁相环、D/A转换电路组成.给出了关键电路参数设计准则与试验结果,试验结果证明该基准正弦电路输出正弦电压与电网电压同频同相,总谐波畸变率小,简单实用,价格低廉.

Abstract:
The circuit topologies of efficient single-phase grid-connected photovoltaic systems are introduced. The performance of the reference sinusoid circuit,which should have the same frequency and phase angle as those of grid voltage,has great influence on the proper operation and output current quality of system.
