| 对调度集控一体化系统在广州电网中的应用进行了阐述与分析.广州地区电网使用的2套调度集控一体化系统--DF8003和OPEN3000系统,具备了容纳超大型地区电网调度20万点以上远动数据结构的能力.该系统具有的新特点:可实现调度与集控一体化,调度数据网得到了有效利用;在地区电力调度现场率先实现基于国际标准的信息交换;实现了调度集控系统与继电保护信息系统的一体化;运用计算机图形学或一般图形学的原理和方法,将计算出的数据转换为图形、图像,以直观的形式表示出来;系统采用双热系统的配置与网络安全分区配置;系统的横向隔离装置、纵向加密认证网关、安全拨号网关的使用和合理布局等.该系统降低了调度员、集控员被误导的可能性. |
