电力通信网中蓄电池组集中监控系统设计与实现

摘要:
设计并实现了一种基于电力通信网的蓄电池组集中实时监控系统。该系统分为信息采集设备和各级服务器2个部分。信息采集设备负责监控蓄电池组的运行工况(测试内阻、电压、电流、温度等)及发送特定的指令(充/放电、浮充电等);各级服务器从不同层次管理信息采集设备。系统设计了4种通信模型,充分考虑了当前电力系统设备和通信网的各种情况。系统软件包括各级服务器软件和前置软件;各级服务器软件采用模块化设计,其中第3级服务器直接面向监测设备,给出了该服务器功能框图。
