| 设计了一种超小型智能复合开关,在电路选材方面采用多种微型贴片与精简元器件,布局方面应用合理、安全的强弱隔离电路,空间结构方面则是尽量利用高度空间,减少长宽,缩小了体积与重量。电路设计方面采用晶闸管与磁保持继电器相结合的方式,能实现电压过零时投切,电流过零时断开;利用微型单片机芯片对电路进行智能控制,能达到电路多种通信模式与灵活制定工作方式的目的,并添加安全性能极高的保护电路和信号反馈电路。介绍了其在无功补偿方面的应用。与多种电容器经多种连接方式且长时间进行试验,验证了所研制设备的可靠性。 |
