基于双级矩阵变频器的柔性分频输电系统中的变频换流技术

采用双级矩阵变频器作为倍频设备,改进柔性分频输电系统的变频换流站,将水轮发电机发出分频电力,经升压变压器和输电线路,送入双级矩阵变换器进行交-直-交变换,转变为工频电力,并入电网,或者给交流负载供电。通过分析交-直-交双级矩阵变频器的主电路拓扑结构、双空间矢量调制策略和零电流换流方法等变频换流技术,提出柔性分频输电系统新型变频换流站实现方案,充分利用双级矩阵变换器结构紧凑、能量双向传递、输出频率可控、输入功率因数可调的优点。在Matlab/Simulink环境下的模型仿真结果表明,该方案能明显提高输电系统的传输效率,充分抑制谐波分量以及有效降低系统无功功率,并通过修正逆变级调制系数,可保证在分频电力输入不对称时网侧输出平衡。
