基于电磁感应原理的绝缘子防(融)冰技术方案探讨

摘要:
提出一种基于电磁感应原理的架空线路绝缘子防(融)冰技术构想方案:在绝缘子外表面涂敷绝缘导热涂料,在绝缘子铁帽表面缠绕高频闭合感应线圈,在绝缘子附近(导线下方)安装一高频电磁波发射装置;启动高频电磁波发射装置向闭合感应线圈发射高频电磁波,使其获得感应电磁能,致使线圈产生感应电流而发热,并通过绝缘导热材料传导到绝缘子表面,从而达到防(融)冰的目的。推导了高频闭合感应线圈所获得的感应电磁能(所能产生的热量)与高频电磁波波长、发射天线半径、闭合感应线圈结构尺寸等各项参数之间的关系,并进行了建模仿真,验证了各片绝缘子都能获得一定的电磁能和方案的有效性。

A conceptual solution of insulator deicing based on electromagnetic induction principle is proposed:coats the insulator with insulating and heat-conductive dope and winds its iron cap with high-frequency inductive coils;powers on the high-frequency electromagnetic launcher nearby the insulator(below the transmission line) and transmits high-frequency electromagnetic wave to the closed induction coils;the insulator coating conducts the heat generated by the inductive current in the coil for deicing.
