考虑故障时刻与波速选取相配合的行波测距

摘要:
在输电线路行波测距中,存在行波浪涌到达时刻与行波传播速度相互配合的问题。对发生故障时的行波信号进行Hilbert-Huang变换,确定最高频率分量的大小;利用连续小波变换对线路两端记录的区外扰动数据在相应尺度下进行分解,求取对应频率分量下的区外扰动到达的时间差,从而求取波速。行波到达的时刻选择Hilbert-Huang变换的最高频率分量对应的时刻,把行波浪涌的到达时刻与行波测距所使用的行波传播速度很好地结合,解决了行波浪涌到达时刻的标定与行波传播速度的选取相互配合的问题。EMTP仿真试验表明,该测距方法能进一步提高行波测距精度,测距误差在 ± 60 m以内。

Abstract:
In the transmission line fault locating based on travelling wave,the arrival time of travelling wave must coordinate with the travelling wave velocity. The travelling wave signals are processed with Hilbert-Huang transform and the magnitude of the highest frequency component is obtained. The external disturbance data recorded at both line ends are then decomposed by continuous wavelet transform in the corresponding scale to calculate the arrival time difference of the external strike and to obtain travelling wave velocity for the corresponding frequency component. Selection of the highest frequency component by Hilbert-Huang transform makes the coordination of traveling wave arrival time and velocity perfect. EMTP simulation shows that the introduced method enhances the accuracy of fault locating based on travelling wave,with error within ± 60 m.
