常规变电所无人值班改造后存在的问题及解决方法

摘要:
对电力系统(老站)自动化改造后的常规电磁型保护变电所的调查发现,无人值班变电所存在着自动化改造后遗留的重合闸失效、重合闸误启动和事故总信号丢失等问题。针对这些问题,运用增加双位置继电器JSW、二极管的方法,对无人值班变电所试点的10 kV馈线中央信号部分的二次保护回路和远动(自动化)回路做相应的设计改进。经过一年多的试运行,改进后的10 kV馈线重合闸继电器正确动作36次,正确率100 %;事故总信号正确动作15次,动作正确率100 %。重合闸回路运行和事故总信号动作的正确、可靠率,验证了该方法解决常规电磁型保护变电所无人值班改造后遗留问题的有效性。

Abstract:
Problems exist in the unattended substation reconstructed from the conventional electromagnetic one,such as the reclosing failure,improper reclosing and general accident signal loss. The redesign is proposed:add two-position relay and diodes in the secondary protective circuit and remote control circuit of its 10 kV feeder central signal part. The trial operation shows that the 10 kV feeder reclosing relay has operated 36 times with 100 % correctness rate and the general accident signal has acted 16 times with 100 % correctness rate for one year,which indicates the redesign is effective.
