改进的变步长自适应谐波检测算法

摘要:
基于自适应噪声消除理论,考虑电网负载电流低信噪比的特性,对传统的最小均方(LMS)算法进行改进,得到一种新的变步长LMS自适应谐波检测算法。利用反馈误差信号的均值估计控制步长及权值的更新,当权值逐渐接近最佳值时,步长逐渐减小以保证较小的稳态误差,并有效降低不相关噪声信号的干扰。在权值迭代过程中加入动量,进一步提高系统的收敛速度。该算法在保持较高精度的同时,又具有较快的响应速度。仿真结果证明了该谐波电流检测算法的有效性。

Abstract:
As the grid load current has low signal-to-noise ratio,a variable step-size LMS harmonic current detection algorithm is presented based on the adaptive denoising technique,which uses the average estimation of feedback error signal to control the updating of step-size and weights. When the weight is gradually near the optimum,the step-size decreases gradually to ensure a smaller stability error and decrease the interference of irrelevant noises. A momentum is added during the weight iteration to speed up the convergence. The algorithm has both high precision and fast response. Simulative results verify its effectiveness.
