基于触摸屏和PLC的船舶电站监控系统设计

摘要:
以XBTGT5330触摸屏、Modicon M340 PLC和并联保护单元(PPU)为核心设计交流380 V 50 Hz船舶自动化电站及监控系统,实现了PLC控制程序和人机界面软件相结合。通过网络技术将电站运行数据传送至上位计算机,为远程监控提供了重要依据。通过船舶电站实验室运行验证,该系统有效地提高了电站的稳定性和可靠性。

Monitoring and control system based on touch screen and PLC for shipboard power station

Abstract:
An automation and supervision system based on XBTGT5330 touch screen,Modicon M340 PLC and PPU(Paralleling and Protection Unit) is designed for AC 380 V 50 Hz shipboard power station,which combines PLC program with human-machine interface software. The operational data of power station are sent to supervisory computer via network for remote monitoring and control. Lab experiments show that the system improves effectively the reliability and stability of power station operation.
